Why join the British Carp Study Group?

In exchange for an annual subscription of just £25 the BCSG provides a number of services to its members, including; 

The Carp Magazine: Two quality magazines per year, featuring exclusive material written by members and no advertising.  

Regional structure: The BCSG membership is split into regions across the country, with each having regional organisers (RO’s) who often run meetings and social events on a local level. 

BCSG fisheries: The group currently runs its own prestigious Korda fishery in the Colne valley, which is open to all members on a limited day ticket basis or on a seasonal basis (subject to a waiting list) on payment of a modest syndicate fee. The group is actively looking to expand its portfolio of waters in the near future with venues around the country. 

Annual fish-ins: A range of fish-ins are held on group waters and at other fisheries throughout the UK to which all members are invited to attend. 

Member’s website: This website features a member’s only section including an active forum, blogs, group information and archives of previous magazines.  

Group merchandise: There is a range of high quality clothing and exclusive merchandise bearing the groups’ logo.
